In this 4-week online mini-course we will journey through the Trimester Theory, Sister’s proprietary framework for business development. Using The Business Birthing Handbook as our guide, we’ll explore the 4 gestational stages: Conception, Visioning, Engineering, and Actualization.

Every Tuesday, you will receive a new bundle of materials centered around one of the stages, including an audio recording of the text, worksheets, questions, and activities that draw from the book. You’ll also get access to four video conversations between Jennifer Armbrust and Amelia Hruby (the Sister team!) as we dive deeper into each phase and answer common questions about the business birthing process.

By the end of this course, you’ll have a firm grasp of the Trimester Theory. You’ll be able to locate where you are in the business development process, allowing you to work with more ease and less frustration.
