Since 2015, Feminist Business School has empowered over 500 women, queer, and gender nonconforming folks in bringing their feminist principles into business practices. Our innovative, cross-disciplinary courses combine classic feminist texts with proprietary business development frameworks and original creative content, including guided visualizations, audio recordings, fun worksheets, creative exercises, and yes, the occasional spreadsheet.
We believe in the tenets of intersectional feminism. Our feminism is shaped by years of academic study and rooted in feminist movement history, theory, scholarship, and art. We are antiracist, trans-inclusive, antifacist, critical of capitalism, earth-centric, pro-immigrant, pro-abortion, and queer AF. We work to build businesses in harmony with our bodies, our beliefs, our communities, and the earth. We endeavor to topple the patriarchy, internally and externally. We embrace principles of ease, experimentation, pleasure, and play. We see feminist entrepreneurship as a site of personal power, radical creativity, and meaningful social change.
