ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes Sister products, digital content, events, services, and Feminist Business School courses. If you have a question about our goods or services, please email us at hello@sister.is before completing your purchase and we'll be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING

We ship orders on Monday and Thursday mornings from Carpinteria, California. All parcels are shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order goes out. If your order is shipped within the U.S. or to Canada, you will also receive an email when your package is delivered.

Sister is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is missing or delivered to the wrong address, please reach out directly to your post office to file a claim.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have entered an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address at checkout and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees required to re-ship your order. If you opt not to pay for reshipment of your order, we will refund the cost of your purchase less the original shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. If you live overseas and choose to ship to a U.S. proxy/forwarding address: please double check your shipping address as we find that these packages are commonly returned to us.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST CONFIRM THEIR SHIPPING ADDRESS VIA EMAIL BEFORE theIR PACKAGE WILL BE SHIPPED.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we want you to only pay for shipping once. Due to a high percentage of international shipments returned to us due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, we now require all international customers to confirm their address via email BEFORE we will ship your order. Should your package be returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying all re-shipment fees. If you opt not to pay for reshipment of your order, we will refund the cost of your purchase less the original shipping fees + a 50% restocking fee. International orders that are returned to us are often damaged in transit so we are unable to resell them. Please help us avoid any headaches by ensuring that your address is correct.

You are responsible for all customs fees. If you do not retrieve your parcel from customs in a timely manner and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees required to re-ship your order. If you opt not to pay for reshipment of your order, we will refund the cost of your purchase less the original shipping fees + a 50% restocking fee.

If you want tracking for your order, please select USPS International Priority Mail at checkout. Tracking is not available for First Class international packages after they leave the U.S. border. If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks, please reach out to your local post office for assistance in finding it. If it is lost, please file a claim with the post office for reimbursement. We are unable to track down missing packages or refund shipments lost within the postal system.

TAXES

Customers in California are charged sales tax on physical and digital goods according to your regional tax rate. Sales tax is automatically added at checkout.
