We Are The Ones We’ve Been Waiting For is a 10-week feminist leadership masterclass for highly creative entrepreneurs, executives, and administrators who want to lead with clarity, creativity, and care at this time. 

If you have been unmoored by the current political chaos and uncertain of where to focus your efforts, this masterclass will guide you through the process of reclaiming your power, rediscovering your purpose in this moment, and reorienting your resources to care for the people and things you care about.

This course is specifically developed for established entrepreneurs and administrators who want to step into a deeper level of feminist leadership in their lives, work, and communities. The materials are designed to help you move through fear, frustration, and overwhelm to recover your efficacy—so that you can use your talents and resources to contribute in a focused and meaningful way to the collective work at hand.

✺ CO-LAB WORKSHOPS
The masterclass centers on 6 live co-lab workshops. Each co-lab includes a lesson led by me, Jenn Armbrust, and mastermind sessions with your peers. This is a fertile environment for leaders who love to think collaboratively, ideate possibilities, share brilliant insights, talk through challenges, build on each others’ solutions, and offer kind-yet-honest input. I provide the framework and facilitation—the what and why—you and your fellow leaders will think collaboratively through the how, to cultivate practices, systems, and economies of care in your life, work, and communities.

✺ EMBODIED SUPPORT SESSIONS
You also get 4 embodied support sessions with me. These drop-in Zoom sessions begin with a group grounding visualization or embodied exercise. From there, you can choose to join a quiet breakout room to work/rest, or stay in the main room where I’ll be offering personalized support and guidance. These sessions are designed to carry you through the emotional ups-and-downs of this process.

✺ ONLINE COMMUNITY
You get access to the private masterclass website featuring a chatroom and weekly community discussion prompts to keep you engaged with one another between the live sessions. This is also where the course materials and video recordings will be housed.

✺ COMMUNITY TEACH-IN
Your 10-week journey culminates in a community teach-in where you will inspire one another by sharing your breakthroughs, successes, and solutions. Your insights will be compiled into a zine for you to keep and reference after the course has ended.
