SOS BRB (Shifting Out of Survival-mode, Building Resiliency in Business) is a 4-month mastermind for experienced feminist entrepreneurs who successfully scaled their companies to 6 or 7 figures but are now flailing in business, stuck in survival-mode, and losing money (or mired in debt), while also managing chronic illness.
Through guided workshops, somatic practices, and bi-weekly mastermind sessions with your peers, we’ll get to the heart of what’s not working and develop new entrepreneurial approaches together, rooted in resiliency, resourcefulness, and a renewed sense of purpose.
This is NOT patriarchal business-as-usual.
There will be no launch formulas, marketing hacks, side hustles, or get-rich-quick schemes. We won’t be doubling down on capitalism. Instead, we’ll tend to the health of your nervous system as you shift your business practices, and focus on the fulfillment of needs (yours and your customers’).
You’ll cultivate an entirely new business development paradigm—one that honors your body, restores your economic vitality, and puts your feminist principles into practice. You’ll learn how to diagnose and heal your business, and restore your creative capacity as I guide you through my proprietary Embodied Ecologic Economic framework (The Resilient Business Model).
This program is exclusively for feminists with at least 7 years of entrepreneurial experience, to ensure that we’re working from a deep well of collective experience, ingenuity, and expertise as we cultivate embodied entrepreneurial practices and build resiliency in business, together.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
✶ This program includes 8 live mastermind sessions. These are a mixture of guided workshops facilitated by me (Jenn Armbrust) and think tank sessions with your peers. You’ll have access recordings of these sessions for 1 year.
✶ Perspectives, tools, practices, and business development homework to support you in building resiliency in business.
You’ll get 24/7 access to the private SOS BRB section of the Feminist Flourishing Club (on the Ghost platform) including a community message board, materials to support your flourishing, and comments threads with other mastermind members.
✶ Invitation to attend monthly 3rd party somatic workshops with me, followed by private conversations with the SOS BRB crew to integrate our experience.
✶ Community Teach-In. For our final mastermind session, each member will have 20-30 minutes to teach the group a practice, tool, system or solution you developed during the program that helped you shift out of survival-mode and build resiliency in business. We’ll compile a knowledge bank of collective wisdom to draw from even after the program is over. You will have lifetime access to the recording of this event.
WHEN DOES IT HAPPEN?
We’ll meet together 8 times over 4 months on Zoom. All sessions are 11am to 1pm PT/Los Angeles, except as noted below (convert to your time zone here).
✶ June 11 & 25
✶ July 9 & 23
✶ August 6 & 20
✶ September 10
✶ September 24, 11am to 4pm
You’ll gain access to the online community starting June 2nd.
Mastermind members are also invited to attend a monthly somatic workshop with me on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 9am to 11am PT (4 total).
WHAT IS THE COST?
This is a $5000 program. Because this is the first time I’m offering it, I’m giving a deep discount to the initial cohort as a thank you for your early adoption.

☺︎ TESTIMONIALS
Every course and piece of writing and thinking that comes out of Sister is embodied and inspirational. Jenn's visionary take on our world and what we might make it is a guiding light for those of us doing feminist business aka living on planet earth.
—Sarah F, Feminist Business School student & collaborator
I've always felt uncomfortable with the capitalist construct but I also want to make money. I found Jenn's ideas about economies as analogous to ecosystems hugely helpful and inspiring. A whole different way to look at the movement of money and resources—What nourishes us? What do we nourish and what do we WANT to nourish?
— Heather B, Sister retreat attendee
Jenn brings a fresh perspective to business consulting—where other consultants come in as an expert telling you what to do, Jenn helps you find the expert inside yourself, something that is far more powerful and long-lasting. Her work offers a much-needed counterpoint to the bravado of the business world—more authentic, more empowering, more compassionately candid. I would recommend her to anyone who's ready to build their own feminist business.
— Lauren P, consulting client
Jenn is the real deal. Genuinely embodied in the values she speaks to. That is so refreshing (and rare).
